Under this contract, Artic will provide comprehensive hard FM maintenance for Mazda’s facilities. Our dedicated team of engineers will conduct weekly visits to ensure the optimal functioning of key systems, including boilers, air conditioning, emergency lighting, and BMS.

Housed over three floors, Mazda Motors UK headquarters combines showroom space with light, airy, and modern offices. On the ground floor, the showroom space replicates the premium look and feel of Mazda’s 137 dealerships, showcasing the latest Mazda franchise specification with floor tiles, furniture, and lighting. The unique headquarters showroom can be transformed into a 160-seat conference space, equipped with hi-tech audio-visual equipment, for dealer, fleet, media, and customer events. Complementing the showroom is a flexible boardroom that doubles as a 60-person entertaining space when opened out to an area housing heritage vehicles.
