Scope of Contract

Under this contract, Artic will provide support for the schools Air Conditioning units, Air Handling Plant and Chillers. A dedicated contract manager and contract admin team will be appointed to the contract, who will be responsible for actioning, guiding, monitoring, and managing the bespoke service requirement.

LBS will benefit from our CAFM platform, MRI Concept, offering quick and seamless job allocations, worksheets, and reports, along with extensive data export capabilities that measure contract performance against an agreed Key Performance Indicator Framework.

In addition, the London Business school will also have full access to Artic’s 24/7/365 help desk facility ensuring immediate response to any reactive issues.
