Artic have been awarded a three year maintenance contract with Olympus KeyMed  – a major manufacturer and supplier of specialised medical and industrial equipment, headquartered in Southend-On-Sea, Essex.

This contract includes a comprehensive range of mechanical and electrical services, including site attendance 3 days a week where Artic is responsible for the maintenance of all critical air conditioning units, generators, pressurisation units, water treatment and boilers.

This high-profile contract was secured through a formal tender process against 4. In spite of the highly competitive pricing from all competitors, Artic was awarded the contract due to its state-of-the-art CAFM system, its ability to self-deliver the work, its proven technical experience and proactive approach and the positive testimonials received from existing Artic clients.

Outcomes

Olympus KeyMed is an innovative company who needed an equally innovative maintenance partner to adapt to its needs today and in the future. Additionally, Olympus KeyMed required a dedicated on-site resource as well as a minimum call-out response time of no more than 4 hours.
