Facilities Maintenance Contract Win

Our new facilities maintenance contract is focused on their large headquarters based in the centre of London, on Great Marlborough Street, covering maintenance of all air conditioning units within the building. Scope of Contract

In line with our partnership with Sodexo and their high-profile contract, all AC works conducted as part of our contract will be completed outside of regular working hours due to the building’s unique requirements and demands. Due to the hours of work set to be during the evenings and weekends, Artic has specifically been requested that all works are completed with consideration to noise levels, so we are preparing an experienced team of engineers to undertake all maintenance of the building.

Unique to the site, the AC work requires access into difficult to reach areas and different ceiling types which demands that our engineers will be working in teams to support each other, ensuring work is completed to the highest quality.
