Artic are happy to announce the upgrading in our service to one of the UK’s most prestigious University with locations in Southeast London and Kent. Over the last year of mobile engineer cover to the mechanical assets of the sites, Artic have proven to the University’s Estates team our high standards of quality maintenance provision realised by our directly employed industry trained expert engineers.

Having delivered a year of smooth trouble-free operation of the plant within multiple buildings, the University Estates team had no hesitation in extending Artic’s contract, enhancing the scope of works to include semi site-based engineers realising services against an expanded asset list, and at the request of the University, including more engineer time for reactive works. This is testament to the impression our engineers have given regarding their technical engineering abilities and their professional “can do” attitude to equipment issues as they arise.
