During 2014 Artic supported a prestigious national law firm in the renovation of two floors of one of their London buildings to an exceptionally high standard using up to date technology and energy efficient equipment.

Since completing this project, we have followed up these Capital Works with a dedicated maintenance schedule, planned to suit the working hours of the building and its occupants.

These varied works have shown once again of the unity between our consultant, Capital Projects and Service and Maintenance Divisions to deliver a soft-landing to a major project.
