Finalto’s office is based in London, where Artic will be overseeing all hard facilities management of the office floor from the beginning of December. Scope of Contract

Artic’s hard facilities management contract with Finalto covers all preventative planned maintenance of the building’s eleventh floor.  As part of the contract, specialist engineers will be routinely servicing all mechanical and electrical assets in accordance with the requirements of each individual asset, keeping daily operations efficient and effective. The routine maintenance will also ensure Finalto’s building compliance in line with the most up to date facilities legislation and best practices.

Alongside the regular maintenance, there will be a dedicated contract management team overseeing the delivery of all services. Artic is confident in its ability to make sure the service exceeds client expectations through regular contract reviews and an open line of communication with Artic’s 24/7/365 helpdesk.
