Commercial Contract New Win

Artic Building Services is excited to announce its brand-new partnership with Psycle, a global health and fitness brand, beginning this September. This new commercial facilities management (FM) contract features Artic expertly leading all planned preventative maintenance for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) assets. The contract expands across five different sites within the city of London and we are proud to be growing our client base as we continue in our endeavour to deliver a high-quality service.

Scope of Contract

As part of our partnership with Psycle, we will be delivering our hard FM services across five different sites throughout London that includes, Mortimer Street, Shoreditch, Clapham, Westbourne Grove and Victoria.

In every location our expert engineers will be completing quarterly planned preventative maintenance (PPM) of the on-site air conditioning and six-monthly PPM on all remaining HVAC equipment, all overseen by a dedicated contract manager and administrator. Our Hard FM services will ensure their plants are running at optimal efficiency in every site.
