Congratulations to Molly McGranaghan who has been promoted to the aligned position of HR & Operations Manager.

This year Molly will reach her 10-year anniversary working at Artic, her continued dedication and success is imperative to the company.

Molly has and will continue to be critical to developing all company Welfare, Personnel and global HR functions plus all associated policies, which she does whilst completing her formal CIPD Training.
