Commercial Heating Engineer – REF:NLH001

Skills Required:

– Must have a working history in PPM and reactive maintenance.
– Current/Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications – COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, ICPN1 TPCP1A
– Full UK Driving licence
– Be self-motivated
– Highly articulate and presentable with good customer facing skills
– IT literate and good record/data keeping skills
– Proactive attitude and a strong desire to take ownership of the site
– To have detailed knowledge and experience of main boiler manufacturer’s installation and servicing requirements and instructions

Job Duties:

– Carry out full commissioning of gas heating boilers and associated controls on completion of installation or servicing works.
– Fault finding/diagnostic skill and carry out necessary repairs/replacement of defective parts etc.
– Draining down and re-filling of heating systems to remove and replace defective/leaking radiators or associated isolation valves specification.
