Artic Renews Commitment to Skills Development with 5% Club Membership for a 4^th year.

Artic is thrilled to announce the renewal of our membership with the 5% Club, a dynamic movement of employers committed to promoting earn & learn opportunities across the UK. For the past three years, we have been actively involved in the club’s initiatives, recognising the immense value of investing in the skills and potential of our workforce.

The 5% Club’s mission aligns seamlessly with Artic’s core values of fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. We believe that upskilling and reskilling are essential for individual growth and organisational success, driving innovation and productivity.

In line with the club’s aspirations, Artic is committed to ensuring that 5% of our workforce engages in earn and learn positions within the next five years. These positions encompass apprenticeships, and formalised training schemes, providing our employees with the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while acquiring new skills.

Our partnership with the 5% Club has been instrumental in shaping our approach to talent development. We have witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of earn and learn programs, empowering individuals to reach their full potential and contribute meaningfully to Artic.  Currently, Artic is proud to have 14 talented apprentices embarking on their earn and learn journeys. We are committed to providing them with the support and guidance they need to succeed in their chosen fields.
