Artic were selected by Guys & St Thomas to provide PPM maintenance on 382 air conditioning units across 19 NHS locations in London. The agreement also includes a 24/7 call-out facility for emergency repair and maintenance. This prestigious 5 year contract is now well-established, and Artic have been awarded it due to the reliability and affordability of its services.

The agreement was tendered through the LPP framework (London Procurement Partnership) and has now extended to NHS properties in the South West. All work on this highly sought contract is self-delivered, and has been secured in the face of stiff competition.

Outcomes and KPIs

The continued partnership and its success is testament to the consistent achievement of clear project KPIs. They include: rapid response times, set to be no longer than 4 hours; all assets to be validated and tagged within the first month; and using Guys and St Thomas’ Planet CAFM system for works planning.

All KPIs have been met, and the partnership continues to grow – with Artic delivering efficient frontline PPM support at a number of in-demand NHS locations throughout the capital. The contract is an excellent example of Artic’s proven ability to deliver exceptional PPM services in testing circumstances, and at industry leading prices.
