As part of our considerable ongoing works at KCL, this project at the Henrietta Raphael building were carried out from November 2014 to February 2015.

During this project we designed, supplied and installed new air handling plant complete with ductwork, controls and pipework to serve the Henrietta Raphael building.

The works included extension of new heating pipework from the lower dissection plant room to the air handling unit, new control system plant and BMS works, new dedicated power supplies, insulation of new ductwork and pipework services. Artic were able to utilise existing systems within the Henrietta Raphael building.  Services were cleaned and altered to suit the new connections from the new air handling plant.
