Artic were approached by the Consultants Bailey Garner to join a tender process, aiming to secure a contract with Our Lady & St Joseph Catholic Primary School in Poplar. And after a highly competitive selection process, Artic was selected for offering the best value.

The contract involves maintenance and compliance to all HVAC equipment, including all air conditioning units, heat pumps, boilers, fans, pumps, TMVs, water treatment and intruder alarms.

Outcomes

The contract requires DBS cleared engineers, mostly working outside of school term hours to avoid disruption – which is also something Artic’s experienced team can easily accommodate.
